Test Case-9:

User clicks on an announcement that is showing a Found product.

Expected result:

Announcement should open and there should only appear three options named, Comments, Claim and Share. Option named Reward should not appear here.

Actual result:

Announcement opens successfully and there appear only three options named, Comments, Claim and Share and option named Reward does not appear here

Status: Pass

Test Case-10:

User clicks on an announcement that is showing a Found product and click on the option named, Claim.

Expected result:

A new screen should open where there should appear questions if put in the announcement by the person who published the announcement, additional info where user can add description and an option space for adding any image in it.

Actual result:

If question exists then it appears and additional information space appears where a user can add description and also a space for adding an image appears successfully.

Status: Pass

Test Case-11:

User clicks on an announcement that is showing a Found product and click on the option named, Claim. There he/she enters only a description and submits this claim against an announcement.

Expected result:

Claim should submit successfully with a confirmation message.

Actual result:

Confirmation message appears successfully.

Status: Pass

Suggestion:

  1. Logically confirmation message appears. This is right but wording of confirmation message should be Claim posted not Claim is posted
  2. If a person found a thing and he/she creates an announcement and to make sure that this product should be handed over to the right person not to the fake person then we have an option of entering different questions. If a person enters any question here then it should be necessary for the person claiming to answer those question otherwise system should not let the user move ahead without this.

Look, a person entering the questions to make it sure that he can find the right person for the lost product then why our system should let the claimer to go ahead without answering those questions

Test Case-12:

A persons has claimed already and now he/she tries to claim again for the same product.

Expected result:

System should inform the user that he/she has already claimed for the announcement and now he/she can only update that claim.

Actual result:

System informs the user about already claimed and only allow the user to edit that after which he/he can update.

Status: Pass

Test Case-13:

A person goes in the Activities tab from the bottom there appear three different options showing announcements created by the user, Announcements claimed by the user and History including Created Announcements by the user + Claimed announcements by the user

a) Now a user has already claimed for an announcement. User clicks on the symbol showing Announcements claimed by the user

Expected result:

In this section announcement for which user has claimed already should appear with a status named, waiting.

Actual result:

Claimed announcement appear with the status named, waiting.

Status: Pass

b) Now a user has already claimed for an announcement. User clicks on the symbol showing Announcements claimed by the user. Here already claimed announcement appears with the status named, Now user clicks on that Claimed announcement.

Expected result:

Here should appear three options named, Comments, Unclaim and share. After which description should also appear there.                                                                                                                                                         

Actual result:

Here appear three options named, Comments, Un-claim and share. After which description also appears there.

Status: Pass

c) User tries to unclaimed the claimed announcement.

Expected result:

There should be a warning popup which help the user in the case unintentionally user presses the Un-claim button or link.                                                                                                                                                      

Actual result:

There is no warning popup appears to confirm that this is performing intentionally or unintentionally

Status: Fail

d) User tries to unclaimed the claimed announcement.

Expected result:

There should be a confirmation message that says yes announcement has unclaimed with a descriptive and short message.                                                                                                                                                     

Actual result:

Message appears successfully.

Status: Pass

Suggestion:

  1. Logically and professionally wording of unclaimed confirmation message should be as Announcement unclaimed not as You have unclaimed the announcement
