How to control quality of software? Quality assurance software testing tool:

We have different users on the basis of different and same departments. Users can interact with each other through Teams which can be confidential and non-confidential, Events and Goals. What should be the practical How different users interact inside the application using same and different departments? For interaction between these?

User Story:

There are two users or persons named tu1 and tu2. These are working inside the same department. Now user tu1 creates some personal event without having any goal or team. It means there is no confidentiality concept here. User tu2 is in same department then everything performed by user Tu1 should appear to user Tu2in his going on and all notifications should be received by user Tu2. User Tu1 then creates confidential team, non-confidential team in which sometime user Tu2 is a part and some time he is not a part. What and when user Tu2 can see the activities performed by user Tu1?

User Name: tu1, Password: 123

User Name: tu2, Password: 123

Test Case 1:

User tu1 creates a personal event. What a user tu2 can see and what he cannot see?

Prerequisites:

1.1. User tu1 and user tu2 are in a same department named Revenue Department.

1.2. There is no Goal and no Team attached to this goal.

Expected Result:

User tu2 should be able to see this event in his going on feeds.

Actual result:

Tu2 cannot see event in his going on feeds.

Status: Fail

Test Case 1.1:

User tu1 comments on his own event.

Expected Result 1:

User tu2 should receive a notification about this comment.

Actual result:

Tu2 have not received any notification regarding event comment.

User tu1 creates a goal. Then tu1 creates a personal event and attached that goal with this event. What a user tu2 can see and what he cannot see?

Prerequisites:

1.1. User tu1 and user tu2 are in a same department named Revenue Department.

1.2. There is a Goal but no Team attached to this goal.

Expected Result:

User tu2 should be able to see this event in his going on feeds.

Actual result:

Tu2 cannot see event in his going on feeds.

Status: Fail

User tu1 creates an un-confidential team. Then user creates a goal and link to an un-confidential team. After that user creates a personal event and links the goal to it. What a user tu2 should see and what he should not see?

Prerequisites:

1.1. User tu1 and user tu2 are in a same department named Revenue Department.

1.2. There is a Goal and an un-confidential Team attached to this goal.

1.3. User Tu2 is not a part of this team.

Expected Result:     

User tu2 should be able to see it in his going on feeds.

Actual result:

Tu2 is unable to see it in his going on feeds
